The adventure will happen in Brazil and all we know until know is that the idea from The Brazilian Job is very simple: Charlie Croker and his team of professional thieves headed to Rio de Janeiro to make about another robbery.

A real news says: on 6 and 7 August 2005, a group of robbers entered the Central Bank in Fortaleza, Brazil. Once off alarms in the bank vault, stole as many as 70 million dollar bill 50. These, arranged in containers, weighing over three tonnes, but robbers have had a whole weekend in order to carry out the plan. The money was not insured, the Brazilian authorities took them years to piece together what was chosen in huge amount. However, to date have been found only 9 of the 70 million stolen and a large number of thieves are still free as a bird heaven. This could be a great subject for "The Brazilian Job" movie.
Update: David Twohy who is screenplay writer says in an interview that The Brazilian Job probably isn’t happening. On IMDb The Brazilian Job have status Development Unknown from 16 August 2011, with rumored cast Jason Statham as Handsome Rob and Mark Wahlberg as Charlie Croker. Paramount Pictures still have the project as a production company.
